Almost 2 years locd, 6-8 hours for retie, but baby a win is a win!! My hair is as long as it has ever been. Plus all that loose hair maintenance 🙄 and buying products. Love my locs ❤❤❤❤

Yes!! Takes me about 8-10 hours 😩. I spread it out over 3 days. But when I think of that detangle process I'm happy to do that retie any day

I love your hair. ❤ It's very shiny, black qnd beautiful. I have no patience or time for the 8-hour retightenings, so I do not use the interlocking method. I started with the two-strand twists and I continue using two-strand twists on the new growth. I use a two-point rotation only at the meeting point and the root to hold that in place. I got the method from KZbinr luckygirl (who ironically has taken her microlocs down now).
