well this video jsut sold me on getting a miata. ive been looking at facebook marketplace, but theres so little in between the crazy asking prices or just rotted out husks of cars. but im gonna keep looking for one, my next car is out there somewhere lol

We bought ours from a guy about to take it to the junk yard. There are some good examples for about 3-4k I promise, it's the most fun you'll have for that money and those ~100ish horsepower they have left. AND, these are the only car meets I went to where it's not all just guys. There is a good amount of girls/women there sharing this passion.

It is and all you have to do is start small. Start buying tools here and there and eventually you’ll have everything you need to build a whole car yourself.

Vintage V8. It’s a breed going extinct. Honestly, nowadays you got v6, i4 even i3 with more power than old v8s. I like the rumble and the torque but that’s nothing a turbo can’t give you. One thing I can recommend. Even if you’re broke, there is never a reason to drive a lame car. It’ll suck the live and soul right out of you.

@Turbo_Snail I second that 100%. And it's not just V8s. It's ICE in general. With this 100% electric push, the future is sounding more silent as we proceed. I have an Elantra N with a 6 speed, and I love driving it.
