i just want to correct, you can combine animations with physics in Unity by creating a non physics Character and letting the physics character try to recreate the rotation. There is a great Video when searching: recreating gang beast, where there is a animation vid in the playlist. Great video PontyPants 👍

Thanks for this. I needed to hear im not the only one who burned myself out on my game. I also have been working on a project for a year and I've put so much into it that I was just getting burned out hard I had to stop and get back to relaxing and just play some games instead of making one. holy shiiieesh i have also just hit one year of game dev XD. I started with unity in april 2020, then i switched too godot for 2d and stayed with unity for vr development in june 2020. i have participated in 3 game jams and uploaded 2 seperate games independitely from the jams in 2020. In the beginning of february 2021 i started my free trial in gamemaker studio 2 and i think i'm gonna switch to gms, then on the 28th of february i participated in get wowie game jam and also submitted. In the end of march 2021 i started with unreal engine 4 and i am currently still using it and i am currently making my first big game "point in madness". but yeah, thats my journey over the last year. I really love your videos and you were also the one that got me into unreal engine so yeah, great video. ps. english isn't my first language so please forgive me XD

Hey there. I played you demo, there is some thing that i want to say If you want to add animations for block, jab , etc. Then use mixamo. This will add functionality to the game and not make your game single button click.
