Great review! Thanks! I've had mine since December, 2022. I have a large house with lots of wooden floors and not much traffic, so this does a great job in keeping the floors nice. Adding the Bona concentrate works well and seems to add a nice sheen to the wood. No streaking. No issue with the wheels spinning in the charging station. I have a Roborock S6 vaccum. The mapping feature on the Roborock is miles ahead of the Braava Jet M6. Our family room is mostly carpeting with a long, wide wooden floor. The carpeting is counter-sunk and is at the same level as the wooden floor, so mapping this area required me to manually set barriers between floor and carpet, and then add a room divider. Many rooms have thresholds which the Braava cannot climb. I'm going to try the "Threshold" feature to see if this helps. So, yes, this product has some limitations, but, overall, it suits my needs very well.

I'm kind of jealous. Either the j7+ or the mop (same as yours in this vid) just scratched our wood floors really deeply in circles, all over the place. They're both really new here, so I don't know which had the dirt in the wheels. 😭

I used iRobot for about five years I recently upgraded to the Roborock SV7 max ultra in December 2022 and I couldn’t be happier. It’s an all in one which for some reason iRobot has been slow to do maybe that Amazon bought them six months ago. Something will be coming soon. I would take a look at the, Roborock Revo, which is their budget version of mop and vacuum all in one

Hi, wanted to ask for a follow up with the Bona cleaning solutions. Do you still use the concentrated version and have you had any issues with tank or spray nozzle getting clogged? I just bought an m6, and have been looking for alternative cleaning solutions.

For reference, I have had my Braava jet m6 for ~1Year. I regularly use both the original and third party cleaning solutions, including Bona (concentrate and ready to use) depending on surface type. My home is mostly genuine/ hardwood and natural stone floor (sealed). After a few months I found the nozzle spray to be suboptimal and decided to do a few passes with only water and ammonia free window cleaner on the stone floor which fully restored the spray pattern. As such, I would recommend to alternate with a few water only passes every month or so. Should you be curious, you can find KZbin videos which show the spay/ pump mechanism. Interestingly, the fluid does NOT go though the pump, it merely get "squeezed" along the tubing (this pinching of the tubing with sticky solutions- mainly hydrating ones for wood floors- causes the rubber hose walls to stick together occluding it.

I upgraded to the Roborock SV7 Max Ultra , if I were you I would invest in the Roborock Revo, iRobot disappointed me on this mop it just didn’t last after 18 months. The concentrate worked well just don’t put too much solution
