I watched your video last year on this! Since then I’ve purchased the twelve 36mm but in titanium and on rubber as no microadjust (although I’ve heard they will shortly introduce microadjust to these). I have enjoyed it so much that I have been considering buying the 36mm again but in steel with the ice blue dial. Your video came at just the right time and confirms that it’s not just a honeymoon watch that you get tired of but a quality long term addition to a collection. Cheers ⭐️

That lichen green is such a good looking color

Great video. Just got the Twelve, mineral blue dial. The dial really pops and the finishing, quality, and comfort makes this feel like a much more expensive watch. By the way, I’d rather have Sellita movement that comes with this watch than the movement with plastic parts in the Tissot. In addition, not only is there a difference in finishing, but as well as the dials.

I think that Artem strap would look great on a green ceramic bezel Longines Hydroconquest

I appreciate these videos man, too many people will review and sell on their watches without ever talking about them again. Your channel really put me on the Twelve and I’m thinking about pulling the trigger sometime this year. Unfortunately, the lichen dial is my favorite and they don’t make it in 40mm. Not sure I wanna wear a 36 mm for my 7.5 inch wrist, maybe I’ll buy the light blue dial instead.

I agree about the point you make on not being as happy with "cheaper" watches, once you have had the opportunity to own some higher end pieces. Not to denegrate any watch or brand, but the difference in quality and finish is massive. I have a CW pro 300 diver and quality and finish is right up there.

I really dig the new CW Lumiere! BTW, I like your hair. I wish mine could be styled like that, but it's just not straight enough.

get that strap on a Doxa sub 200T, orange dial. Would look incredible!

The twelve is the best looking watch they offer in my opinion , more colors in the 38mm would be nice, like dark blue, black and the Tiffany blue color that they use now on 36 and 40 mm would be nice on the 38mm

oooh just the review I've been waiting for, I want to see how that bracelet holds up.
@kdun84282 ай бұрын
It’s scratched for sure but I wear my watches not carefully 🙃
@UTOOOOOOOY2 ай бұрын
@@kdun8428 being scratched is fine really, as long as it still has the brush pattern, I'm all for scratches as long as it still hits the light the same way, that way, it complements the watch and it seems like it does, now I just need to sit out a bit until I hear about the microadjust being available to for the 36mm's bracelet.

When are they going to release a 38mm the Twelve without bubblegum dial colors

The PRX has a movement with plastic parts , not a bad movement but longevity must be suspect for the Powermatic. All Christopher Ward give a 5 year warranty on movement. The PRX can only be serviced by Tissot and I bet that’s not cheap. Basically any watch under $500 is a non serviceable watch and any watch over $1000 is worth a service worthy watch . The ares between $500 and $1000 is a grey area. I have the 12 in Nordic blue which is a joy to only .
@matyasd00723 күн бұрын
The longevity is definitely better on the PRX because of the self-lubricating “plastic” parts and the slowed down 3hz extends the life of the movement.

After seeing some of the other models/colors of the twelve, would you still say that your current dial color “Lichen” is your favourite?
@kdun84282 ай бұрын
I’m still glad that I chose this, I thought that I would get sick of the color but that has yet to be the case. I really like the newer ice cream colors (red is my favorite) but I still like this color the best
@trafiak82 ай бұрын
@@kdun8428 great to hear. I am thinking of getting this color.

I hope you get to checkout and share the 36mm gmt from CW. It looks cool but I can’t get one yet.
@kdun84282 ай бұрын
They had the black dial version there and it was a super sick watch. I’d go for white dial personally but no lie, every single Christopher ward product feels 2-3x more quality than the price suggests
@scotchbarrel3371Ай бұрын
I can’t speak to the Artem buckle but the pin on their deployment clasp is weak and broke on me
@ProtomanZ2 ай бұрын
The reason they are priced this well is because they haven't had a sizable profit for ten years. Probably to grow their business. I wouldn't wait to long to get one if you want one.

How is the bracelet so scratch free? Does it have some scratch resistant coating or do you baby it?
@kdun84282 ай бұрын
It actually has lots of scratches but the camera and lighting were hiding it pretty good I suppose
@wiktorturo241716 күн бұрын
I think that Christopher Ward just proves that watches are mostly overpriced rather than his watches being underpriced.

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. AMZWATCH watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?
