I have often wondered how your neighbors have reacted to you making their cat the most famous feline in the world. Take one ordinary family, add a sprinkling of dreams, add endless EU Regulations, some broken budgets, more broken schedules, add endless hard work, a sea of never ending tools, a smattering of serious work safety violations, a dash of arguments, deduct some holiday vacations, add hours of commute, add some more hours in front of a computer making videos, and mix in a "Katspector" who always seems to find ANOTHER project needing to be done, and you have upon completion a wonderful home to raise a family in for years into the future at a cost that is affordable, one that 75 years from now your Grandchildren will sell for a "Boat-Load-Of-Money"! What you have given us out here in "The World" has been heartfelt enjoyment, and entertainment and I thank you from Portlandia OR on the Left Coast of the USA.

The opening statement in your video about the unexpected challenges reminded me of a text from Luke 14:28-30 👍👌 "For example, who of you wanting to build a tower does not first sit down and calculate the expense to see if he has enough to complete it? My feeling is you should first do all the prep work for doing ceilings, floors and walls. Then do f, c,w. Then you will have a clean blank canvas.if you get a caravan having a working shower and toilet inside will be heaven.

If an atmospheric river were to drop more than 50 millimetres of rain over your property and flood the house, it would be a helluva job removing the insulation to dry out the walls. Just a low panel of plywood should prevent flooding inside.

You've achieved so much during this year even if it seems like a never-ending process, which having an old house is. But please get some noise cancelling headphones you will damage your ears with all that noise from the machines. Also get shoes with steel caps, a hard hat, safety gears for when you are on the roof and a proper bench for working with tools. An accident happens very easy and the road to recovery can be long and hard
