@richardgollwitzer21355 жыл бұрын
for my old bike I did a cam and heads went from 60-70hp - 100hp so it can be massive of changes however cams can do more than just performance you can adjust your torque creating more low end power which is great for wheelies so the. because the grom makes so little amount of power less than 10 1hp equals more than 10% of power that's a huge gain in power for the motor. the cam changes lift and duration so how long the valve stays open and how far the lifter lifters move. adjusting these allows for changes in many directions.

What does this do to your low end? I'm all about less mass and more RPMs but I'm not trying to tank my low end or have to rev the bike out to get anywhere.
@GromGarage4 жыл бұрын
It definitely takes a hit to the low end, for normal riding i recommend it because it only kills the low end power around 4k rpm or below... but for wheelies like circles or just slow wheelies it’s more difficult... again, for normal riding you are in the power band all the time except for leaving the light in first.
