Another 10 000 steps Walking Workout today! This workout will help you take 10000 steps and burn over 500 calories. I hit my 10000 mark around 1h 17min, but decided to add one more round just to make sure! You'll be taking 900-1000 steps with each round, so make this workout your own, and do as many rounds as you want. If you want to make this workout more enjoyable, try following the beat! I carefully selected each song, so that you can perform the exercises to the beat! Grab the move from me and just go with the beat of each song!

I found your workout on July, 08.2021. It is really siutable for my body and my age. When I started my weight was 66kg. Today July 23, 2021 my Weight 64kg. I love your WORKOUT STRATEGY . This one great for today. Workout every day and with weights (kettlebell 95% off the time). But remaind myself doesn't have to train every day with weights. Steps more then 10.000 today and nice for the knees and full body today. All your workouts are great. Lot of variation and surprises. Thanks!!!

Done!!!! So good!!!! Feeling after is great!!! I don't track steps and don't track calorieburn(that i don't trust from a watch or mobile and not important to me. Don't rely on). I don't stop. Between rounds and between every single work i step and do that exercise right away before official work time start. Now shower and daughter will be awake from sleep. Rest of this sunday outside with my family❤

Hii Burpeedoll...just finished this greaaaatttt workout...running up and down the stairs several times a day near the construction Im facing knee pain...even then managing to do your workouts....my body has toned again after the break and my watch is showing 11,000 steps and I burnt 488 calories in today's workout...thank you dear love you so much.....and yes waiting for today's workout...

Just completed 10000steps workout today feels amazing and so sweaty. I am using mi band 4 steps 10280 and burned 526calories. Looks easy when you do it but i can still feel the burn. I have been during your workout to reach my 10000step count daily and i can actually feel a difference in my weight and inches loosing. Thanks and love from india❤😘

Thank you, nice workout. I'm 52, 171 cm and 78 kg. I ran for 50 secondes (the two previous) and 30 sec toning move, I only stopped to drink a sip of water after each round for 20 seconds. I did 12.640 steps and burnd 710 kcal.

I was feeling terrible since morning. Both personal and professional lives going downhill, and to top it off, weight that was plateued for a long time started increasing 😑Just when I almost convinced myself to not excercise, KZbin suggested this video. Having finished the workout, I can say it was the best thing happened to me today, and I can't put a price on that. Feeling extremely relieved and proud of myself. Although the workout appeared easy at first, boy I was mistaken. It really kicked my ass, and at the time of writing, I m not sure if I m drenched in sweat or tears 😂My inner thighs, glutes and hamstrings are on 🔥Added this to my list of favorites, and ofcourse subscribed to this amazing channel. I checked my weight it's 75 kg and my height is 5 feet 4 inches...I shall do it regularly.i hope gradually my weight comes down.

@@BurpeeGirlLiss I don't eat alot ...still am on 75 kgs ma'am.i do gym regularly.i eat three meals in a day..daily go to gym for 2 hours but only I do strength training.i sleep 7 hours daily ...I don't know why my weight stuck around 70 kgs to 75...I can't do more exercise as I dont have time for it.

@@deliciouscooking1060 2 hours a day is a lot! Try doing my miss cardio workouts and my power walks (choose the faster ones). Maybe what you need is a change. It would be great if you had a tracker to estimate how much each workout burned for you. That way you could set a target for 500 calories burned every day. If not, you can use my burn as a guide!
