I did this for 6 days but managed to get until 5000 steps. and My waist i lost 2 inches!! As a mother of three, i am so happy. Because this time around, i can do an exercise without even feeling sore the next day!! Yeay!

Did this till round 2 today….awesome one….The genuine step counter given is so good….most others put counter which run way faster than actual workout in that video but Ur step counter matches your pace and so we get genuine steps counts….thanks for being so transparent….and yellow suits u so much….u look stunning throughout

I burned 986 kcal during this workout! This is a lot of calories, because I weigh 54 kg and I'm 160cm heigh, great workout :)

my stats acc to Huawei Fit (5'2 / 53kg / tone but not lean built) Calorie Burn: 488 kcal Distance: 9.25 km Steps: 10, 031 (143 steps/min) I didn't finished the video and stopped when i reached 10k steps and that's on 1:05:40. I am jogging around the room / in place kinda fast during the walking part so i am able to burn more and have more steps. I really enjoyed this and did this while watching Netflix ☺️

I did this workout and achieved approx 10k steps and burned around 700 calories!! And it was so fun and definitely lifted up my mood afterwards!

This is the first time in many years that i did 1 hour 30 min workout !! I'm so happy for this achievement !! I work out regularly but the maximum i do is 45 min or 1 hour (rarely). I'm T1 diabetic. Working out bring my sugar down like magic. During set1 i felt it was a bit hard then in set2 i started to feel energized, in set 3 i started to have leg pain ( since i have a leg injury ) but I DID IT !! I think 2 sets are just good for me but i like challenging myself ^^ . P.S I didn't realize i was wearing a yellow top and leggings until i started hahahah interesting ! Anyway, you look amazing !! This is the first time i found you ! Consider me part of the club from now on !! :D Thank you for the great video ! Will add it to my favourites ^^

girllll i could only do for an hour cuz this kicked my ass. got in 6k steps with 386 calories burnt. will do this whole thing tomorrow!!!! also u have gained yourself a sub!!! i tried this randomly as it showed up on my feed AND U GOT ME GOOD

Really it's gud i louse my weight gradually while doing this work outs regularly... Guys do daily workouts different diffrent videos thorough that u can get more intrest.. With in 20 mints my body get full sweating..

Today I decided to do this workout with speed 1.25x.And guess what it's totally doable n becomes just the right intense n u finish it much faster.i don't have a fitness watch to check the calories burnt but anyone who finds it difficult to put in thr schedule coz of the sheer length of it can surely try it.i am just intermediate in my fitness level n if I can do it,surely u all can.for me now this is a cardio I can do without killing myself.
