I'm 27 not played competitive football for 7 years have done this routine for 8 days in a row and I'm better than i was when i was 20 playing regional football all over the country if I only knew about this has a young man ... this is great for anyone

YES!! I DID IT! It took me 2 hours and 23 minutes in total. Sometimes I was thinking to quit but I kept going because my goal was to finish it. At the end I was so stoked I already felt in the excercises it was improving my totall ballcontrol! Thanks Matt!

Yesterday done 20,000 touches. It took me 5 hours but my touch and my weak foot improved amazing.

The Emperor takes me about 1h 50-2hrs to get 10 k, so maybe like 3h 45-4 hrs if you don’t take any major breaks and you go at the same pace. It’s hard, though. That night I was so dehydrated I had a headache until like 3 am. Advice for if ur gonna do it: hydrate constantly, schedule in breaks, and massage ur head afterwards

No talent = you cant be good. Some talent = You can Compete with the best Good talent = You can be the best. The reason i say that if you got no talent you cant be good is because i have played football/soccer for 13 years and there are always a few kids that have played for years but still cant kick a ball correctly or dribble without losing their balance or read the play. If you got some talent and it shows on the pitch you can become one of the greatest with a LOT of hard work. If you got good talent i mean that since you were a kid you could dribble past all the players and show unique skills and movement. also for those that have no mentality for football STOP playing it. If you cant keep your head straight and you get mad at everyone YOU are ruining the game. No matter how popular you are or how dedicated you are the more broken you are mentally and if you need to get mad at every mistake you simply cannot play pro

I tried this workout out for the first time today before team training and I was getting better as I went on. I've just been coming back from an MCL injury in my knee, and this has helped me get my touch back quite a bit - I felt a lot sharper in training this evening! I'll keep on doing this to get even better, and hopefully I'll get a scholarship at my club in a years time. Thankyou

15 second rests, few mess-ups, fast tempo. It's hard haha but definitely possible.

Thanks Matt, I like doing this workout I do it in the mornings and afternoons I like it because it helps you get condition, ball control it basically improves your speed with the ball and this training is so effective that I've noticed that my level has gone up so much

Lmao I drop the ball atleast 50 times before getting 100, I'm practicing my juggling everyday and within 6 months I should be able to do around 800, as that will add up to 20 hours and it takes 20 hours to master something. Yup only 20 hours. But you must stay consistent, that is why you have so much school.

I was finally able to finish all 10,000 touches in 1 go and I feel AMAZING. I wanted to quit since 5,200. And it just got more and more mentally challenging but I did it 💪🏼😂 this was crazy hard

Thanks for the video. Just tried doing this workout. Took me about 2.5 hours to get to the 3 dribble drills then my legs just couldn’t really go any longer so I stopped there. Definitely improved my touch throughout and if you really focus on the drills with intention you will get better over time. Will work up to trying to finish this in one session. Thanks again.

@@alekhabecker7984 tell you what I do, try doing them 50 push pulls on the right then 50 push pulls left, then 50/50 before resting. It gives each leg time to rest while the other works. Doing this on all single leg exercises made me able to do the workout in 1hr 16 mins

@@alekhabecker7984 yeah go ahead, I went from 1hr 40 mins to 1hr 16 by doing that for 2 weeks. Do it on all exercises even the 3 dribbles and cut, do them with the right then the left, then take your 15sec rest. The right is literally resting when you work the left and vice versa so it should be enough and you'll cut on time.

Hi Become Elite, is it safe to say if you do this full workout and already have a full soccer training schedule that you'lll end up overtraining? Im just asking because I train with the ball (wether it be control,dribbling,shooting,passing/receiving, or all in one)everyday averaging 2,500-10,000+ touches per day, 2 HIIT a week, 1 or 2 SSC a week depending on weight training, and 1 or 2 weight training days a week based on SSC. When I try to do you're work out I always end up having to stop myself early because I feel Ill end up overdoing it or have to compromise my workout schedule. Should it be noticed that this workout is more for people that don't train a lot , and don't do basically all these drills in training already?

All Right second challenge accepted. I am going to do this workout 10 times to get 100k touches. I did this Workout already a couple of times in the past and nowadays it`a not that hard as it used to be in the beginning. Depending on how I feel I will do this Routine at least twice a week, maybe more. While doing this session already in the past, I made a couple of Adjustments: I replaced the second round of ball taps for L-drags to sole rolls because I am not the biggest fan of ball taps as they are not really technically challenging and my aim is to improve my skills and confidence on the ball. Day 1: 2:05 h: not my best perfomance today as I am still recovering from a Cold. I still struggle mainly with the over head juggles and the V-taps (both) and a Little bit with V-taps (Right) as this is my non-dominant foot. But I am still Pretty tired after this session. I am curious if I ll be able to do it tomorrow again, let`s see.

Day 2: 1:58: Maybe it wasnt the smartest choice to do this Workout Right the very next day, but I still did and felt afterwards really finished, especially because I was rushing through the exercises. Didnt see any improvements so far but I also didnt expect to do so. I still struggle mainly with the above mentioned exercises but the most physically demanding ones are the Dribblings which really finish me off. I think without the Dribbling part, this Workout wouldnt be so tiring.

Day 3: 1:50: I feel totally pumped: new best time and I see already Tiny improvements with the Overhead juggling. But was most astonishing today was the fact that the Dribbling part is not so exhausting anymore. I did all 4 Dribbling excercises with almost new break in between. I think, if I have a Talent in Soccer at all, then it`s the athletic part, such as Stamina, Speed etc.

Day 4: 1:52 Although it felt like my new best time it is not quite. However, the session went Pretty smooth, I think this was my first time juggling 25 of over head juggling in a row. I also saw some improvements and my V-taps with my weak foot.

Day 5:1:45: new best time accomplished and a new record for seated juggling: 175. The Workout doesn`t feel that killing anymore and even the Dribbling section isn`t as hard as in the beginning. I could even go with almost no rest in between the sets during the Dribbling part. I am planning to do the third day in the row tomorrow.

Bro what if I do it daily with 2000 touch other ball mastery and about 2 hours of other dribbling drills + 3 hours of passing drills + 3 hours of agility , fitness, technique,finishing and shooting training. Can I than easily become a high level pro

I think it mostly improves ur comfort with the ball and so that improves ur control (whether from short/long-range passes or from the air), and of course lessen the suffer of changing directions so quickly and swiftly to trick defenders, just overall your confidence with the ball.
