I’m no pro but what I found helped was head phones, raising the sound cue for DI, and just doing DI counter practice in training with my eyes closed or turned around with music playing in the background and mindlessly mashing. Really helped

I had a lot of trouble reacting to DI but if you think about it, if you know your pressure rotations/blockstrings well enough then DI is basically just another hitconfirm for a specific combo/your own DI. Its more of a conceptual thing but it also helped me seeing the point of no return in my combos.
