Is there any way to view dimensions in the assembly, in order to verify that the parts are correctly assembled....

Hey Ahmed, first of all thank you for your videos about Abaqus. They are the best ones I found on KZbin so far. I'm facing a problem about instrances at the moment. If I want to create multiple instances on the same part because I want to try different meshes is there a way to activate or deactivate specific instances of one part?

Yes, from the model tree on the left panel, under Assembly, you can right click on specific instances and choose "supress" to deactivate it

What is an instance ? Can't we work without making instances ?

An instance is an instance (a copy) of a given part. In ABAQUS, any model must be constrcuted within the assembly module which may include one or more instances of the created parts.
