MrMiracle was not "born in", he was "handed over" to Apocalips...

You are missing twp really good heroes. One, Icon, you've probably heard of. The other is Captain Comet, the second mutant in the history of comics, the first being Marvel's Submariner. Captain Comet was an evolutionarily advanced human born 100,000 ahead of his time. He had superstrength, durability, and superior mental powers including genius level intellect, telepathy, telekenesis and pyrokinesis. He originally appeared in comics comics in the 50s, then in Secret Society of Supervillains in the 70s as the society's main adversary and in L.E.G.I.O.N. and R.E.B.E.L.S. in the 90s.

This is dc. Both those are wildstorm and Marvel. Even though wildstorm is under dc now, they still operate in a separate universe.

Why is static shock ignored when he had an iconic show in the early 2000's? Because it wasn't an iconic show. It looked cheaper than the 1970's super friends. Static Shock may be a compelling character in the comics, but that TV show didn't do the character any favors. So why do you pretend that the show was compelling or iconic?

I don't pretend the animated series was attractive and iconic, for me, and for many others, it truly was! Although the animation wasn’t the best, that was completely irrelevant to me at the time. You may not have liked it, and that’s your opinion, which I respect. However, as I mentioned, I genuinely consider this series iconic.
