Nick Fury did get the Infinity Formula, which was meant to mimic the Super Soldier Serum. But unlike Cap’s version, it mainly worked to extend his lifespan and keep him active, rather than giving him superhuman strength or abilities

Nerd Haven - You lost me at the Winter Soldier. Bucky Barns strength level is on PAR with Captain America (Steve Rogers). They both were enhanced and given powers based on the Super Soldier Serum. They age slower, heal faster, Better endurance, stamina etc... Do better on your research.

Below is an excerpt taken from Marvel's official website: "Bucky owes his youthful appearance to repeated cryo-freezes orchestrated by the Russians. He possesses no super powers and never received a form of the Super Soldier Serum as many assume, but continues to operate at peak human ability."

Kate Bishop is NOT TOP 10 Worthy. She is not top 30 Worthy. Bucky should not be on this list. He does have superpowers. That Bionic arm is a superpower. It gives me super strength. Black Widow should not be on this list. She has been enhanced.
