I really like the isometric holds. I really liked how you isolated different muscle groups, too. It was an ab work with bonus body strengthening as well.

I like your combo of exercises and many are in the Yoga line of asana which are also used in plates. Isometric or what was called dynamic tension by Charles Atlas.
