Thank you finally some one who show were to eat in Tijuana. After 15 yrs I started to drive down to Tijuana. I been there 3 times in the last two months. I going this weekend again. I usually walk the border and get drunk...lol... but before that I take tons of photos, eat at every little taco stand, I been enjoying every minutes... Keep up the work.

The Bol Corona burrito you should try is the Original machaca. I've been eating this for 60years. The corona bowl was a bowling alley located on Revolution between first and second on the east side of the street. It had, if I remember correctly, only two lanes. It burned in the eighties and then the owners took the recipe and franchised the locations, there are several now around town.

I like both street food and fancy restaurants. I rarely eat at fancy places in the US since it's just way too expensive, so I make sure to enjoy something nice once in a while when I'm in Mexico. Let me know your favorite spots and I'll try to check them out next month!

There Is a lot of good places, not so Fancy But nice food is" Katai" or if you like mexican food there Is" el mexicano ", Also great food options AND not to far in Rosarito Is "los pelícanos” and "el nido" , i recommend following @foodiefromtj on instagram 😉

Cool, I love Brazilian BBQ, just went to one last week in Mexico city that was only $10, but not great quality meat, I'd rather pay twice as much and get good quality.

Churrascaria do brasil in galerias hipodromo is a 5 star restaurant,all you can eat and a full bar..i highly recommend this spot

YOU DID NOT MENTION THE PRICE. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS OPEN BAR AS WELL FOR THE SAME PRICE? EXPLAIN!! THE ONE I GO TO IS ON THE NINOS HEROES AT THE CORNER OF THE TWO TOWER MONUMENT (the first one before the Cuauhtemoc monument). IT IS $22 FOR 22 MEAT CUTS AND ALL YOU CAN EAT SALAD BAR AND DESERTS. Go eat gourmet seafood at a nice restaurant LION FISH. Service is really good and the food is great. Order Chicharron de Pescado as an appetizer. Plates for under $15- $20. The drink Mixologist who walks around to make some special drinks for you is a must.

My favorite was Emma Baja French, amazing flavors, even the bread is incredible. Mision 19 was very good too, I just tried the short rib. Origen Argentino was really good for meat

Thumbs down for what seemed to be complaining about the price of almost every dish. $1.30 for a taco is not expensive. Also for having them hold two crucial components for a Caesar salad, then to still mention the price yet a half salad from Wendy's in the states costs that much.

Compared to other parts of Mexico, Tijuana is expensive. Compared to the US it's still a bargain. But since I've been living in Mexico for a while, and have been to a lot of the smaller cities and villages, I'm used to real Mexico prices now, so that's the comparison.

He should have mentioned that the price he quoted was for them to make the salad in front of you. If you get it made in the kitchen then the price is only 85 pesos which is a like over $4…great for the price.

How come you recomend food and at the same time complaint about high prices. You should know that quality worths some more than average, and sometimes they use some expensive ingredients like anchovies for example.
