Girl get that hair lasered off!! Before it goes grey. Because once it’s grey you won’t be able to laser it off. Buy a groupon for a small area. Call the spa and make sure they will do your chin and then buy the groupon. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been coloring my hair for 40 years, sometimes professionally, sometimes myself, and I just got tired of a good week of hair, the touch-ups and maintenance. I finally realized that all the thought I was spending on keeping the color good and the grey roots at bay…was actually making me FEEL older. So it took me several 3 hour sessions at the salon over about 6 months, but I now have my real roots, sprinkled gray, and wonderful cool blond hair color ❤️ I go for a trim and root touch up every 8 weeks and feel wonderful every day‼️❤️✨

At nearly 70 I got tired of doing my roots every 3 weeks, so I used Go Gray to wash out the dye. Now, it wasn't perfect; it turned my hair kind of a brassy orange so I used a lot of purple shampoos. And I wore a baseball cap for about 10 months. The orange gradually washed out and now my silver hair is growing in beautifully. I love silver/white hair and am happy to see it growing. I've done 14 TCA peels 4 layers each, so I got rid of my fine marionette lines, etc. Ppl always tell me how young I look.

Hey Tracy! Great video - I practice most of these tips myself. I just got the same self tanner you recommended and I love it! Also been wanting to try those Crest white strips for years but my dentist did not recommend them, not sure why because I hear so many people use them with no issues so I think I will just ignore my dentist this one time (lol). A tip I would like to share which I have been doing for about 6 months now - face bath with ice water every morning. I believe this has contributed to my skin feeling a little tighter and brighter, not to mention a great way to boost your energy first thing in the morning - also in the shower, just before I end my shower I turn the nozzle to full cold for a count of 10. It really wakes you up! Thanks for sharing these great tips 😊💕

I don’t agree with the ANTI ageing concept. Why would we want to go AGAINST a normal process? I am in favor of taking care of myself and aging in the most healthy way possible, but I believe we have to be careful with the words we use to describe this. As someone with naturally dark brown hair, at 49 my greys pop up like mushrooms after the rain 😂I can get maybe 2 weeks between root touch ups. I have become an expert root colorist as I refuse to go to the salon twice a month for touch ups. I buy professional hair dye &developer, and for about $100 per year I do my hair every few weeks saving myself hundreds of dollars by not visiting the salon. As far as random hairs omg where do I start 🤦🏼♀️I wake up some days and there is random dark hair on the side of my face, absolutely mortifying (I’m also on bio identical hormones) but I don’t want to turn into a man, my husband calls my chin hairs a goat beard 😂😂😂wow aging sure is fun 😁🙄

I love all the recommendations from the drug store. I use similar products from Merit Beauty. Now that I am back on TBT, I have been working on everything so back on the HRT to see if that helps with the youthful look (because I'm 56 with no Botox, no filler but am curious because I am starting to see my age but i was not well for about a year but I am back on the good health train again). Your face is the first thing people look at when they look at u. People would be shocked at how white u can get your teeth w/Crest White strips. My daughter started using the Crest whitening mouthwash and the results were insane and I’m a Dental Assistant. Nobody ever mentions the mouthwash and even being in dentistry for all these years, I had no idea how good it was.

Recently discovered your channel and sooo love your videos. I am not much behind you age wise and all the little tips are very useful. For gray hair or rather against gray hair I have a piece of advise to share, maybe it can help someone. I am taking PABA which is a B vitamin, and it seems to help prevent the greying of the hair. Thanks God mid Forties I still do not have any grey hairs at all. I once stopped taking my PABA for a few months as I ran out and forgot about it and low and behold suddenly two three eyebrow hairs were white. I was in shock. I plucked them and directly ordered a new bottle of PABA and thankfully they grew back brown like they used to be, not white. So for me thats an indication that it truly is effective. And my brothers wife swears by rinsing her hair with potato water (the water that you boil your potatoes in and usually discard).. she is in her mid Fifties and so far not a single white hair. Would have to do some research why exactly that works, maybe the water has catalase in it or not sure.
