With the numerous kitchen gadgets that DB has, i was surprised that they didn't whip out a mini blow torch at the end to torch the caramel for the brûlée effect..would be cool to see how that would've turned out!

That creme brûlée ball looked so good. And the packaging for that crab dish was gorgeous! I'd buy nearly anything if the packaging looked like that...it looked so luxe and fancy. Shame the crab didn't live up to it.

That tea sounded very nice, glad to hear it was as nice as it sounded! The condensed milk looked a lot different to what I'm used to seeing over here in the UK hahaha! I'd try the little durian puree pizza. I'd also like to announce that whenever I see crab being eaten I keep wanting to try it but that's difficult due to living directly in the middle of the country X'D The creme brulee pudding ball sounded and looked delicious!

Akantia, I live in Yorkshire, about an hour from the coast, make that 3 hours in bad traffic, bank holidays particularly 😂 but we can buy crab on the meat & fish market. But, it’s easy to overcook when making it at home, if you’re anything like me you want to make sure it’s cooked properly and it doesn’t come with the extras it might do in a restaurant. I can only think of one restaurant that occasionally has crab, tbh it’s ridiculously over priced and pompous there 😂 apart from curry places and Chinese food the vast majority are chain pub restaurants. Fresh crab won’t be on their menu

It only takes four ingredient to make a plain lempeng, which is flour, salt, sugar, and water. It's usually eaten by some other delicacy like eggs. But I personally love eating them with some condensed milk.

The Oyster Pizza is actually more of a Oyster Pancake, or Oyster Crepe, or sometimes Oyster Omelette. It is a delicacy food item from many asian countries.
