It's not and neither is looking older. Advertising makes money .. a lot of money .. trying to have people think negatively about aging, especially in terms of appearance. Growing older is a wonderful thing in many ways...especially if you've grown. You can grow and develop physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, creatively -- in a myriad of ways. Many cultures celebrate aging and respect and even revere older people. And older people often have a lot of love, wisdom, knowledge and experiences they can share with younger people. I've always, since I was a little girl, loved older people. All ages are awesome. Just enjoy the age you're at. Each moment of life is a gift and it will never come again, so I try to appreciate each day of life. Ok, enough from me. Just wanted to let younger people know not to be afraid of getting older. It's a waste of time anyway, lol.

I was just listening to this tutoril and I noticed that the first thing they said to do for your skin was to use sunscreen. Well I've listened to the advice of Dr. David Williams for the past 20 years, he is a natural path type doctor and he says yes we need sunscreen but we should not use the kind with chemicals in it because it can actually cause skin cancer. His suggestion is that we use Vitamin C powder mixed with a moisturizer for our skin, preferably something that doesn't have chemicals in it too. Mix those two together and then apply on our skin. And that will be a good sunscreen. I used this actually when I was in Tucson Arizona one year walking to Walmart in 90 degree weather and it did kept me from getting burned, so I know it works and I hope that some of you see this and see that it works for you too!

(auntyface) and i suffer over weight cause of stress and i hardly losing some weight.. Even for few kg... Then 2015 i stop drinking alcohol ... Quit smoking... Start swimming n drink around over 3 liter water daily.. (with measurement weight over liters) i started to realize my body changes... My skin glowing than before... I dont need 50 inch makeup to hide anything on my face.. My acne reduce... So for me... To look young... Just do healthy life.. N detox... Make lemon, cucumber n mint leaf as your new best friend...
