Had my first game yesterday at the age of 61 (after playing squash last almost 20 years ago)! Still have a lot to learn, but as a non-smoker and non-drinker, regular gym person, I might not have had the best shots yet, but impressed with my fitness. Will keep you updated as I go and grow. Love the sport and cannot wait for my next game. Thanks for all the advice and tips. Love from South Africa.

Great tips. Tip 11 could be about not playing too much to avoid injuries or perhaps doing strength exercises to prevent injury.
