Use these EZ Bar exercises for them Arm GAINZ! Honestly, training with the EZ bar is so much fun and should absolutely be part of your training routine, even if you only do some of these moves once per week. Just add some weight and GO! You can do half of these exercises without even changing the weight!

Harrison Menary exactly what is saying, this is the first video I’ve watched or theirs and the one in the grey has better form and takes his time more. The one in the black rushes and keep his elbows out too much and uses his arms when doing shoulder shrugs instead of just his shoulders and I could go on and on.

I'm well into the learning stage and I love your site and the prospects of learning from it. Can you perhaps do a complete EZ-Curl bar exercise rundown, please? I live in Germany these days and it's seriously cold. I have an EZ-Curl bar and like the prospects of using a tradition bar inside and going out (very quickly and for a short time in Winter) and doing some EZ-Curl stuff there. I'm basically doing beginner workout 1 from 3 in Joe Weider's book.

That's just a standard EZ Curl or cambered curling bar. If you search 'EZ curl' that holds standard Olympic sized plates you'll have plenty of options.

They also filmed several videos that day and this one was one of the later vids they filmed. Keep in mind too that the goal of training is to work to failure so as the muscles begin to fatigue a little sway or struggle is totally common.

Those workouts are perfect but the form if lacking very much. Such as the front raises you want to control the fall and not just let it drop, the French press you guys need to keep your elbows in more. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help

@Bamboo Training as you probably know,if you keep shoulders back then the biceps have to naturally work harder and form is a lot better than swinging up with your shoulders as the delts are doing a lot of the work

@@Criticalbench Thanks for the reply, I just didn't understand the point in 2 people doing the exact same exercises. For me, it unnecessarily made the video long and tedious. For future videos - and to improve - you could just have 1 coach doing each exercise and focusing on form, as that's what most of us struggle to perfect in the gym :)
