Canned meats are cheaper than a dozen eggs and have more protein per $1. Canned Salmon, Canned Herring, Canned Chicken, Canned Beef....all usually about $1.28 a can with 15g-21g protein and will get you fucking swole if you workout and lift. No they are overrated and worthless. Research Dr Weston A Price on youtube and google read about fat vs water soluble vitamins we humans get vitamins minerals and fatty acids from meat not vegetation foods . . Look at human history and how we humans have been surving for 5 million years have you ever seen vegetables growing in the wild or even fruit every time you go outsides in nature do you find vegetables? No they hardly exist most are GMO and are man made and cultivated in a laboratory they dont exist in this world. You can find animals all year round because meat is what we humans have been eating since the beginning that is what made us so intelligent bone marrow meat and animal organs. Look at our hunter and gatherer ancestors eskimos native Americans africans WHO LIVED WITHOUT MODERN DISEASE WHO WE COME FROM. If you cant find it outside in nature or the wild then where does it come from? Vegetables dont even exist they are not healthy use common sense we have been lied to all our life by the government and doctors. Sure some plants can have benefits but what really matters is eating the animal nose to tail organs bone marrow muscle meat getting actual nutrition like we have been doing for thousands of years.

Vegetables - yes. Nuts... you don't really need them. They quite expensive comparing what you getting from them and how much meat or eggs you can buy with that. They are good but not that essential at all. You need the vegetables, but you don't get big on vegetables. If we're talking about muscle and size than it's meat(s), eggs, cheese etc.

If you're lean with a high metabolism and are shooting for 2500 to 3000 calories one trick is adding a weight gainer shake. You'll need to drink it fast with your dinner though to trick your stomach into allowing all those calories in. I was getting around 1200-1500 calories in a dinner meal when I combined that with my regular food. It will make you have to go pass out immediately though, so I generally waited till 9 or 10 during the week to eat. This trick a long with good diets and protein allowed me to go to add 30 pounds to my 5'7" frame going from 130 to 160. I wouldnt suggest this unless you have a high metabolism like I do.

So what I got from this is, eat lots of chicken fried rice. Brown rice+egg+Chicken. maybe add a lil green onion, a tablespoon or so of soy sauce or tamari sauce, tamari sauce has no wheat, it's gluten free, lower sodium, than standard soy sauce and is a bit more mellow flavored, and I prefer the low sodium variants you can find that for either, and after that maybe like a teaspoon or two of sesame oil for extra flavor. sesame oil is commonly used in restaurants to give it that iconic flavor, and very very little goes a long way. I cook 3 cups of rice, 4 chicken thighs, a about 6-7 green onions, 4 eggs 2 tablespoons of of tamari sauce, and 2 Tsp of sesame oil. I add 1 Tbs of tamari to the rice when I cook it, I dice my chicken, I cut my onions. IThen I put in 1/2 Tbs of tamari, and a teaspoon of sesame oil and mix it in a bowl with the diced chicken before I cook it, I then break my eggs in a bowl, add the other 1/2 Tbs of tamari and 1 more tsp of sesame oil to the eggs so they synergize with the flavor of the chicken, then stir them till i have a nice solid light brown consistency. then I Heat my pan add some pam spray, cook the chicken, once the chicken is done I throw in the green onions, you can take the chicken out or leave it it doesn't matter much, cook em for a bit then cook the eggs in the same pan, take a little longer if you you left in the chicken, just to make sure all the egg gets fully cooked, you don't wanna get sick, then turn down the heat, add the rice, stir it up, congratz you have about 2-3 servings of healthy tasty fried rice. plenty of carbs, plenty of protein, hell yeah.

Hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, Brazilian nuts, chia seeds, oatmeal, quinoa. These are a good source of vegan protein, also to mention that the seeds also support testosterone production.

Hey Aaron(or anyone reading this),how did(or do) you respond to people or classmates who tease you for being short? I am not short but people at school bully some of my friends because they are short, and I have to stand up for them all the time. I want to help people who don't watch your channel, cause those who do, don't need anybody else's help.👍

Maybe a little late, but I'd say just being confident and comfortable in their own skin! We can't change our heights, it's just something we have to come to terms with! Self deprecation always works for me! In other words, encourage your friends to make fun of themselves and then others will realize it's futile, because it doesn't bother them! I hope this helps! :)

I boil up a couple dozen eggs every week, do them all at once and refrigerate them. It's great, they are right there, all the time and ready to eat, also, always have some cooked steak on hand and grilled chicken. It only requires a little cooking and your good for the week as far as breakfast and lunch, get a head of lettuce, and put the steak or chicken in and you have a great lunch in 5 mins. Good luck fellow Iron Men ! :)
