I hadn't gone to concerts in about 20 years and had not been listening to new hard rock in about the same length of time, when I discovered The Warning a few years ago and when they came to my town in a small 300 capacity venue, went to that show and had my mind blown. Since then they have performed multiple times in my city, in bigger and bigger venues. Best live band that I have seen since AC/DC in their prime in 1991. Your prediction is becoming true, as The Warning is coming back to Europe in April with multi-thousands capacity venues and in February they will have their biggest headlining show to date in Mexico City, in front of 10k at one of the world's best venue, the Auditorio Nacionale, which sold out in April 2024 in an hour, then a second date was added which also sold out and they just added a third date recently, so that will possibly be 30k tickets sold in one venue for 3 shows inside of a week.

The Warning is the only band I want to see live right now, but I live in Australia and the band haven't been here yet, I have been following them on You tube for 18 months now and I am obsessed. Every concert I have seen online is amazing even through fan cams. Hard rock music isn't going to provide mainstream hit singles anymore, just the way it is now, so to you need to be great live to get a huge following, The Warning will be headlining stadiums very soon, and they deserve to be there as much as anyone, even if they are 3 sisters from Mexico trying to revive Rock and Roll in their own way.

As mentioned in the video, The Warning's headlining shows have great sound. I saw The Warning a few years ago at a local venue that is notorious for having some of the most muddy, mediocre sound ever. That the old theater dating from the 1920s has a well-deserved reputation for bad sound didn't deter me; I simply HAD to see this up-and-coming band that somehow decided to swing by my sleepy home town. Anyway, the person responsible for The Warning's live sound setup is a miracle worker who transformed the usually echo-filled wall-of-mud sound into a rafter-shaking wall of pristine sonic bliss. The clarity and power of the music was shockingly good, and the band simply knocked me out. Despite a small crowd the three Villarreal sisters put everything they had into the concert. If you enter a skeptic, there's a good chance you'll leave as a new recruit into The Warning Army. The hype is well-founded. Edit: mostly dumb typos

Lovebites was easily my favorite concert I've been to. I'm almost 65, and they blend so much of what was the best era of metal (late 70's to early 90"s) and sound amazing. The other two that were awesome was Opeth and Meshuggah.

This.. Lovebites definitely deserves to be on this list, especially over anything Smashing Pumpkins. I'd put it up equally with the Warning, as one of those shows you'd happily spend the money to travel to where they are playing to see.

I’m 75 and seen Alice Cooper a few times in his heyday. I can tell you this, of All the great bands I’ve seen in my life these sisters from Mexico are the best Live Act I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen 100s of concerts in my life. I thank God I lived long enough to see who I would vote to be the best ever. They have it All. Talent, Stage Presence, Beauty, Energy, Outstanding Material, they never recorded a bad song. All their Albums are Great, from their earliest when the were in their mid teens, to their 4th and latest this year, there’s not a single filler track among them. They are like an Addicting Drug, I can’t ever get enough of them. Since they have grown up on YoTube, I can’t believe there another band out there that has more of a documented history of themselves. Reading the tens of thousands of comments on them, you never find a negative one on them.
@metalandrockzone2 күн бұрын
Yes they for sure have a very interesting and well documented story. I feel though personally that their live shows is where the magic happens. Which is actually contrary to a lot of other rock bands which are great on albums but often not live.

I was at The Warning show in Prague. The night is a weird one for me as the show was astonishing, but a few hours later my girlfriend and I came very close to breaking up (nothing to do with the show - she was astonished by how good they were too). The Warning is by such a huge margin the best band I've seen live for a fair number of years (dare I say it they even top my previous favourite small venue band of all time Marah - that nobody has ever heard of - for energy and passion). Now I really want to see them move to the next level - they played a bunch of festivals at crappy times this year, but should hopefully at least be doing main stage Saturday evening shows next year, because they are way better than most of the legacy bands that are getting the headline spots on name alone. Are they ready to headline Wacken? No. But they definitely shouldn't be resigned to an outside stage lunchtime slot ever again...

I went to a couple shows this year, but what surprised me the most was Dying Fetus. I don't really listen to death metal so to speak, but their energy was something else and got the small venue rocking. The intro with "Womb to Waste" had the crowd going with their groovy technical death metal. It is safe to say I was hooked.

Great video, man! I saw only four concerts in 2024, but the clear winner was Dogma, the metal sex nuns, in Chicago in November. The band had evolved in their stagecraft and their energy in 4 months (I also saw them in July in Peru) to an extent I would never have imagined. And they had essentially--no, literally--zero stage props or effects to bring into the show. It was just the women and the music, and they put on one of the best concert experiences I have ever had.

Headliner was definitely more a J-Rock band, but the opener was their J-metal alter ego. My concert of the years was an easy choice: Gacharic Spin / Doll$Boxx @ Zepp Haneda, Tokyo, Japan December 8. Flew Vancouver to Tokyo to see it, and it was worth the hassle. Doll$Boxx has really only come together three times: December 2012-January 2013, 2017-2018 and now December 2024-January 2025. I'd been wanting to see them perform since 2014, so it was a bucket-list opportunity. Second place was easily ProgPower USA.

The Warning opened up the second half of the show and left me mind blown! Then Lizzy came on and tore down the house with her voice. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out her performance there, that local radio station was one of the first to play their music! The show was the MMRBQ 2024! The Warning started to write and play their OG music at the very beginning in 2015 when the sisters were 15, 13 and 10 years old. Their first EP and two first albums were indie releases. True that they have made covers when they were children but only one recorded cover and more than 60 OG songs.

It is freaking phenomenal! Who creates a musical murder novel about unrequited love at ages 13, 16, and 18? Oh yeah, The Warning! ALL their work before Evolve deserves attention. As i see Alice Cooper, he's a podium act, the albums are just there because of demand (and ofc to help his fame and finances, let's be real), but yeah.. he's a stage beast who gives you more than a rock show, he gives you rock theater, and he excels at it.
