There’s no problem about having something duplicate if you use both units. ❤

Baby on a blanket on the floor is great if she's not rolling around yet. She'll turn her head from side to side looking at her surroundings instead of looking straight up at mobiles etc. Means there's no need for tummy time either (though there's a lot of debate about the value of tummy time anyway).

I didn't use any diaper cream with mine unless they had a rash which was rare

It’s my understand the reason for filing a newborns nail instead of cutting them is because the nail IS skin and have feeling. That’s why you start cutting the nails with scissors when the nail is a bit harder and the baby a bit older. OMG the baby spatula 😅😂 never heard of it. I’ve never used baby cream on my kids, if they got red I just let them air their cute little baby bottoms for a while. One thing I’m curious about: do you loan or share baby stuff with friends? They use the items for such a short time I feel like. We borrowed two different baby bouncers for each of our kids and some other stuff as well, some clothes, a baby björn carrier etc. And we’ve loaned out our kids stuff as well…

These things are coolest! 🎉 Even if you have two of some things it’s great. You also have MS so whatever makes your life easier - good on you. 😊

I had no experience with babies until I had mine as well, so I get it (granted now my oldest is going to be 18 soon while my youngest is 16 months old). I am glad you found items that work well for you. The nose and ear cleaner I have only had for my third baby and it was very helpful, I agree. I used a swing for my first two children for the first few months of life and then I didn't need it anymore and it took up space, so I stopped using it after them. I didn't use any of the other items you mentioned for any of my kids (the idea of using a spatula instead of my hand that I can wash seems unnecessary to me). It is neat to see what works for some and not for others.

I had done a lot of babysitting as a teen but still had that "now what" moment after giving birth for the first time many years ago and didn't have women around me that has nursed their children at first

The butt spatula is amazing 😂 if you have sensory issues, getting butt paste under your nails is awful 😬

I cant double any of that, unfortunately. Id suggest - a high quality baby wrap/carrier, definitely not the baby björn one for young babys. Please do your research - it can be very harmful! - elimination communication - no need for amy rash cream, spartula or ither products of this kind! 😊

Does anyone know of a baby bjorn dupe because it’s too expensive for me 😢

I bought a fisher priced one, it's taller so you don't have to get down too low, it vibrates *great for when they have gas* and has a foot pedal to bounce them when hands aren't free. I think it's about $40-$45 at Walmart/ target or the ingenuity brand one is same price. Bright starts brand is under $40 :) hope this helps
