Some on my list that weren’t mentioned: *Kevin Owens* - He really gets how to work a crowd, and I love that his personality shines through everything he says. He’s hilarious and clever. One of my favourites was when he was getting cheered as a heel instead of his babyface opponent, so he started cutting a promo in french to the American crowd for some quick heat 😂 He just GETS it. *Bray Wyatt* - Whether it was video packages, in-ring promos, interviews, etc I just always hung on to everything he said. He was bizarre but made me really want to understand the nonsense, when he spoke I just wanted to sit down and listen. Everything was layers upon layers and I love that. Unpopular opinion: *Michael Cole* - He was the Vince puppet for years repeating cringey catchphrases, but no one else could have made it tolerable. No offence to JR or any of the great commentators of the past, but Michael Cole is THE voice of WWE to me. I think he can work with anyone, he can make garbage somewhat passable, and when he’s off the leash and having fun he’s a blast. When it comes to “talkers”, he’s on my list.

Having MJF in the list but not John Cena or The Miz is completely insane As good as MJF is he's very predictable and mostly uses cheap heat and shock factor more than creativity while Cena actually has good mic skills also The Miz is fire on the Mic he's one of the best

Cena constantly buried his opponents on the mic.

Cena a bum. Sorry
@JShann04Ай бұрын
@RobertJW so did The Rock. His entire gimmick was about his opponents being jabronies and insignificant. If that doesn't dq the rock, then it shouldn't disqualify Cena.

The miz’s only ever convincing promo is one where he gets mad at someone because he rightfully said that the miz has worked easy and paint by numbers his entire career and the miz going yeah so what I still worked hard

Honorable mention - Adam Cole. There's something about this guy, that instantly draws you in when he speaks. I still to this day remember the promo in which he buried Karrion Kross in NXT and quite frankly, the latter one never recovered from that.

I'm glad I found your comment! I still remember that promo! Adam Cole is my favorite wrestler and he went in on Karrion Kross. Adam Cole is very underrated and underappreciated on the mic

Hate that Pete isn’t going to be apart of the wrestletalk team, can’t remember the first time he came onto WT, but man this channel wouldn’t be the same without him

Genuinely surprised no one mentioned Vince. Every wrestler needs a dance partner and Austin vs McMahon is possibly the most iconic of all time and one of them isn’t even a proper wrestler. He helped create a powerhouse of an organisation through people hating him, say what you like about the fact in real life he’s a terrible human being, the fact of the matter is when Vince when in his prime he was a commanding and charismatic presence that very few have rivalled.

Ric Flair is number 1 with The Rick at a very close second! No one could out talk Slick Ric back in his prime!

I think Joe makes an honorable mention. We didn't see a lot of promo work in TNA, but his work in WWE was way better than it had any business being. I thought TNA didn't put Joe on the mic because he wasn't a good talker, but he's actually a ridiculously good talker and TNA were just idiots to keep him off the mic.

I guess tempest doesn’t like me cuz I don’t like Eddie Kingston (more because of his wrestling). I do agree he’s a great talker though
