#10 - It is debatable. If you are stoic or boring, own it. Don't worry with people liking you, but have people respect you. People do follow others that are feared and loved. You must still show a smile, be welcoming, show kindness, but also show firmness.

To want a good rep. you need to be out there, in amongst the ones you need to impress. If you say exactly what you mean, tactfully, you will receive more credit for honesty and it I’ll only offend those arguing for the not so right. Don’t lie and joking doesn’t come off a someone they can trust. Bad at jokes associates with more honest. Ingratiate when invited, is polite behaviour. A bunch of flowers is the least you can offer if you’ve been invited. A small gift for the hostess, from a gallery, not a painting of course, that’s a choice of taste. A candy dish or a set of beautifully scented and presented soaps if you know them better. Chocolates is always welcomed even if they’re dieters. If you don’t know if true, say, “this is speculation but.....” be honest as honest can be. Don’t have secrets that you share. Secret means that, tell no one. If you can hold people’s deepest moments secret, you earn respect and gratitude. Some won’t like you if a secret gets around. The rest won’t like you because you betrayed their friend. It always gets back to them.

Could ya make one about escaping/running away from bad reputation. Sometimes no matter how you rebuild, if your rep precedes u in an area, apart of town, or even while city, shouldn't I just run away from that place first? Outta sight out of mind - so easier to rebuild rep in place nobody knows you?

I think I've costed my boss's reputation, and I'm starting to wonder if I'd gone too far. For a backstory, She was upset I had signed up for a one-person coffee service. I'll admit, I am much better with a helping hand and guide, but come on, that's no excuse for being insensitive. One of our student leader's responsibilities is organizing who works which shifts on the schedule, and my boss scolded him for not noticing I had signed up for a one-person shift. When she asked him if she thought I could do the shift, I answered for him with a firm "yes," because I felt belittled by her. She said she didn't think so, was all "I've told you not to sign up for shifts by yourself, I've been very clear about that, I don't know how much clearer I can get for you to listen" (something like, that, so I'm not perfectly quoting her), and she told me I need someone there to give me instructions and guide me. So basically she was lecturing me for taking on a task she thinks I'm too helpless to do, while not realizing how hurt I would feel. Some guy saw and heard this behind her back, and he exposed her during a dinner banquet. I could've spoken in her defense, especially when he asked me how she made me feel, but I let my awkward silence be my answer. Some things go without saying, and I wanted that to hint to everyone how I felt so stupid and weak when my boss belittled me. But you know, it's not like I had a reason to defend her. Or should I? Did I cross a line by not saying anything and allowing her to look bad when the guy spoke against her?

This may not be a biggie, but I have found it's important to always be 5 minutes early to anything. A doctor's appointment, interview, a dinner, you get the point. Never be late, even if it's just 5 minutes. Brush your teeth, keep your feet clean and get a good manicure. These may not seem important but they are.

Hi alux, kindly make a video highlighting factors to consider before having a child or children. Or requirements, or necessities one should possess or have to bring up a child the upright way. It's obvious poverty is transferred from generation to generation and doesn't seem improving. Possessions such as assets, environment, stable financial base, good morals n values are all essential factors in the upright grooming of a child. This foundation if followed n adhered to can produce upright people n minds which goes a long way to contribute massively in society. I need this and I'm convinced if i need this, there are millions out there who need this. Please!!!!!!

Great video. I’d like to add dont promote or co-sign on people who scam people. Sometimes people allow others to use their credibility to gain an advantage over others. This definitely happens in churches where a pastor brings in a financial advisor or something and based on the Credible pastor introducing the person, he or she has instant credibility to do what they want to the parishioners.
