In the book/movie series we only get one look at Slytherin Common Room and none of Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff but get great detail about Gryffindor since all the MCs are in that house. Slytherin being the "bad and evil house" makes it interesting compared to Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff so people pick it.

The really reason Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is under preforming is people are sick of mini-games being used to pad out the running time to predetermined length.

Most of the mini games are entirely optional. Hamaguchi said that the idea was that if the player wanted to spend more time in the world you could and they wanted to give lots of variety to the side quests. If you skipped all the mini games (and lots of the side quests were good) you are looking at about 35-40 hours, and you would still have a great game. For a game that, like many of Square’s current games did not meet their ridiculous internal expectations, it was one of the best selling games of the year even though it’s just on one platform. They even won the grand award for Wolrd wide sales so it is still selling well. It will sell even more now that it’s on PC. Most people loved the game, but there’s always a loud minority and some hardcore FF fans are a fractured bunch who always hate the current game.
