Great choice for 1 as that US Title run really helped redefine Cena’s legacy after some mid-career Super Cena fatigue. One I expected to see: Bianca’s reign that just ended. You could argue that it ran a little too long as the fan’s turned against her some at the end…but over the course of the reign she started by avenging her Becky loss and cementing it at Summer Slam, fending off a returning Bayley and her group, leading the winning team for the first Main Roster Women’s War Games, turning back Alexa and Asuka, one barn burner against Iyo and then finally losing it.

Its amazing to think after Savage and Hogan had reigns in back-to-back years that began at one WrestleMania and ended at the next, we haven't had another instance of someone going the full WWE year as World champion between WrestleManias. With all the record World/WWE/Universal Title reigns of the past two decades from Cena, Punk, Lesnar and Reigns, none of them both began AND ended at a WrestleMania.

John cena finally number 1 on a great list it’s about time John cena is number 1 . His US championship run in 2015 is by far the greatest of all time. Cena took the US title to a level higher then the WWE Championship. Cena is the goat and doesn’t get nearly the respect and love.

Totally disagree with having Seth Rollins' 2015 WWE title reign in here, he lost a lot of non title matches on TV (to be fair a lot of the losses were either DQ or count out losses but still that's not great) and he was booked to be a chicken shit heel for most of his title reign. I would replace it with his 2018 IC title reign since that was really good.

Cena's last run with the US championship was some really great stuff. He acted like that belt MEANT something in those open challenges when he held it up and said "This is a symbol of excellence." He made his opponents look like a million bucks and strong in defeat, and he put a spotlight on some talented newer stars. Cena was routinely in the best match on the card during this time, and it takes two to have a great match.

John Cena had 2 US title reigns in 2015, which were the reign that began at Wrestlemania 31 when he defeated Rusev, ending his undefeated streak & beginning his 4th reign as US champ in the process, his first in 10 years at that time since March 2005 when he lost the US title to Orlando Jordan on Smackdown. The other reign began at Night Of Champions 2015 when Cena regained the title from Seth Rollins & began his 5th, probably final, reign as US champ. Cena is tied with Ric Flair for having the most World championship(16) & US championship reigns(5). Cena's WM 31 victory over Rusev was Cena's second time capturing the same championship at the same WWE PPV(Cena defeated The Big Show for the US Title at Wrestlemania 20, which was his very first championship victory & reign in WWE), just like The Undertaker captured the World Heavyweight Championship at the same PPV, which were Wrestlemania 23 & 24. I'd say John Cena had a good 3rd US title reign as well from 2004-2005 after he regained from Carlito in late 2004, which resulted in Cena introducing the spinner US championship belt.
