You left out the single most underrated heel turn of all time, and I’m not kidding about this, Coach in 2003. It had been a long time coming, Coach had been tired of being treated like crap by the wrestlers and the other announcers. Bischoff cutting off JR and King’s mics so Coach could smarm all over the place was terrific.
