Thanks for this! Point 10 really resonated deeply because I do find myself comparing myself with my colleagues. It becomes depressing and I find that I become less motivated because of that. However, I've learned that everyone is different and as you said, we all grow at different rates. Really amazing and solid advice to anyone starting out, and even to those who have already been working for years!

Love the breadth of your advice and the "cute chords" at the beginning and at the end of your video. I think #1 and #10 are the most important pieces of advice, if you need to pick 🙂

Loved it! Just experienced a situation where I did some extra work for the team but in the end, I was questioned why I did that and that was not what I was supposed to do, felt quite frustrated. But I know that what I did apparently pushed the process and helped to bring two teams closer. So I decided not to listen to some toxic comments from those colleagues

It’s really nice to hear these tips. I just started my first ‘real’ job and it’s very daunting because all of my colleagues are experienced and i can’t help but to compare myself to them and feel like i lack lol. The transition from college to work is very difficult for me too since I’m used to the comfort zone of college and working life is far from it lol

I have a huge question! For someone who is just starting out in PR fresh out of college, what do you search when you look for a job?

usually entry level positions at PR firms! More likely to have entry level jobs at a firm than in-house

I love the way you mention and describe them clearly with instances. I’m sure that’ll help people to be more persistence on what to do and how to behave in order to have a long-term career. Just an idea; maybe it’ll be great if you can share tips on how to be productive as a person, and stay motivated. You seemed really great on it! Thanks! 🤍
