As an American who can do various British accents (or at least produce decent copies of various British characters), I quite agree. I cringe whenever other Americans call working-class British accents "posh". One interesting things I've noticed, though, is that multiple British actors when doing an American accent will mispronounce "father" so that the A sounds like the vowel in "cat" instead of "cot". As that's not a word that sounds all that different in American from British, I've found that curious

It has nothing to do with being ungrateful. Welch accent is the best thing along with the Irish accent but people who are at the top usually use posh English accent instead of their own accents. Here in Scotland I hear my Scottish lecturers pronouncing their "t"'s and sometimes I hear them doing posh English accent too. Finally, his parents are English also.

Why don't you people take the time to read his Wikipedia? His parents are English and moved around a lot when Bale was young so Bale was born in Wales but didn't grow up there and has no Welsh heritage, every video mentioning Bale seems to have Welsh people in denial.
