It is a conscious decision but which whom right? Alot of people fall in love with people they have constant contact with. If people keep running g into eatchother and they like eatchother it is likely they will start talking

What i mean is when ppl go looking for unnecessary signs and symptoms if someone is the one or not when at times clearly the other person isnt interested or is with someone. At the end of the day, it is a mutual, conscious decision. If someone isnt consciously and clearly choosing u: they r nt d one, will save u alot of time and heartache.
