I have really enjoyed using OBS, it made my game streaming super easy. I have wirecast as well, but haven't really looked into it as it did not seem as user friendly like OBS. So question when running media at your church, do you use OBS for the FOH graphics as well or do you use another software like Propresenter? We currently use PP6, but we also do not livestream, I used to do recordings then upload to YT later. I have heard that PP7 will have livestream capabilities as well, so curious if it is worth trying to do it only from the one software.

Thanks again Ajay, I have finally figured out how to sync a NDI Iphone camera and a DSLR camera through Elagato H60 using a Zoom HN1 USB audo Mic. I am able to sync the audio to both in OBS advanced and it looks goood. However when streaming live on facebook its back out of sync again. Useing this setup for drive in church as to why using the usb mike. Any ideas on improvement. Thanks again for all that you do for the ministires.

I believe your latest Video may have answered it, our upload is only 3-4 GB that is the max that they can do.

Hello Fine Sir, I have managed finally to get a exterior audio sync with NDI Iphone and Elgato DSLR at the same time using the sync offset, praise God. However when streaming to facebook it appears not to be in sync. Any ideas ? Thank You, Thank You for all that you do for us low Budget Ministries in helping us out. Using a Acer Preditor Helios 300 I7. Capturing audio with a H1N and extended mike. this is for drive in ministry right now outside.

Thanks for the video!! I started using the app on my phone and program on my pc named "Touch Portal". It's puts my phone as a stream deck. That makes my life better when streaming, expecially when my pastor refers to scriptures during his sermons. So I switch my scenes by using my phone and I don't have to use my mouse thr whole time. You should of heard about this right?

TL:DR : Short story, I need advice picking a dream machine. Long Story: Thanks for the help so far. I have been trying to get things to get so we can just do something as a church, It looks like our church is going to get some funds to help get some equipment. With out going into specifics it looks to be enough to go from basically nothing to everything. As significant as it is, it is not a blank check. As the sole IT guy I feel like I am part care taker and have a responsibility to be wise with the funds. I would like to do a bit of future proofing by investing in a high end Computer (Most likely PC) and Concentrate less on the cameras. What is your take and recommendation for a PC. (I am not going to hold you to anything just seeking wisdom in many. ) I have schooling and experience in IT and just want to be efficient with my resources.

I would get an AMD B450 - X570 motherboard with a Ryzen 7 3700X and 16-32 gb of memory with maybe a Radeon 5700 or RTX 2070 and for capture card, a Decklink Mini Recorder 4K.

Thanks Ajay. One question I have is how to pause, rewind, when playing a video in OBS. I do post-edit work of lyrics and other lower thirds of my church video recording before playing live a pre-recording. Does my question make sense? Let me know if I need to be clearer.

Sadly, there is no way currently to do this in OBS. I would play via an external player to do that and just window capture the player in OBS.

Hey bro our church started live streaming for a while now I really want to use obs, but obs is not reading the capture device. I have elgato hd60s and a sony 4k camcorder which I put on 1080 for the capture device and been using elgato software for our livestream. but feel limited. I have a Mac computer. Ok for OBS and that capture device you need the additional Cam link software I believe. You have the HD60 S and not the HD60 S+ right?

Contact the developer for more information Or am I downloading the wrong software.thank

OBS is acting a straight BUT with me.....im having issues with my audio....here is my signal path JVC HD camera....HDMI to blackmajic intensity capture box...out via thunderbolt to my mac to OBS....if I turn the MONITOR ON...and press the stream button....i hear skipping....by bit rate is 128k.....HELP...my pastor is frustrated with me and and im not happy either!
