Hey coach I have a question,when doing a crossover move why do guys drag their back foot(the one they push off of) on its side,and is that needed?

It’s mainly because they are pushing off of it to sell the outside move. It’s not needed but it’s not a big deal if you do it to be honest

@@firstdowntraining also coach I got a question. I’m a wr and when I look at myself after practice because on my team we record our practices but when i watch myself when I’m getting reps I look all stiff and lack athleticism. I was wondering if you had any tips to improve my athleticism as a wr?

I’d say as of right now both- I think your height is average for your age so learn both. Once you get to high school you can have a better idea of it. You may not be done growing
