Thanks coach! This really helped me out especially since im helping coaching my friends for football. I really appreciate this video helps a lot especially since one of my buddies in perticular chucks the ball like a catapult 😂. Hes quite new to football but he is getting really good, and thanks to these videos ive improved my throws ( former QB, now WR) but also my friends. ❤

😂I’ve seen a kid quit 5 minutes into a workout and lay on the ground for the remaining 55 minutes because he was out of shape. Total waste of time- not the craziest story but this one stuck out to me lol

Thanks for the videos coach, I recently just got down throwing imo really good spirals(most of them are perfect to near perfect but some are still a little shaky), all of these tips were things that helped me and that I keep in mind. Another thing that helped was moving my entire hand down, similar to moving your index finger down, I think my hand was too high up on the ball making so reaching my index didn’t help cause it just put it where it would’ve been if my hand was down more but my index was near my middle finger. Sorry if I explained that poorly I’m not very good at explaining lol

Is there a different to do the wide step as a wr cause when i do the kick step and when the db is too close, he just runs up and jams me.
@firstdowntraining
@firstdowntraining Күн бұрын
If he’s very close you don’t have to do the kick step- that first step just needs to be insanely quick

So what you mean is if the db is in the inside shade but is 2 yards away, don't do the kick step. But if the db is 5 yards away do it?
