I reserved an R2 last month. I have an older Honda CRV and am ready for a change. I wanted to go all electric for environmental reasons and have been comparing models. I reserved a Volvo EX30, but pulled out when I saw the R2. I have gotten used to the high driver position in an SUV. I also like the ground clearance on the R2. No other reasonably priced electric car offers that clearance. I'm a city driver but a nature lover and avid hiker. I need a vehicle I can trust to get me to the trail head. Enjoyed your video, Thank you. I learned some very useful things about the car that I didn't know. Particularly intriguing were the electrified roof racks and the bike rack. And the kitchen sounds like a great idea to simplify our family camping trips. Thanks again.

R2 is looking great. What is important to me is a very squarely rear to maximize loading capacity, even though it is less aerodynamic. I’ve put a deposit on the R2. Seems like its off-road capability will finally give me what I need from an electric vehicle.

Front seats will not fold flat now due to safety standards.
