I started do most of those daily habits over 1-2 years ago and I look better than ever, I'm even more prodactive in my music and medical studies (top of my class and I'm more focused during surgery practice and operations in general and I'm extremely steady with my hands) and I lost 23 kilos (from 102kg to 79kg and I'm 1,80m tall) and I feel awesome!!! So I highly recommend to follow as many of those habits as you can.
