I think that agatha was the protagonist's daughter in life, but then her and the mother died in a tragic accident. Then, kinda fnaf style, she became a restless soul, becoming insane and monstrous from waiting, or something. Then malak finds her, adopts her as his own and lets her then terrorize the school she once went to, presumably because she was bullied or something, and killed everyone. But hey, that's just my theory.

That sounds like a very compelling explanation for what is going on here. What bothers me the most is how it ties in with the Protagonist: these are _their_ nightmares, unless the stages are called "nightmares" to desccribe the freakish monsters that await them. Perhaps they are even Bierce's nightmares, which would align more with your ideas. I'm sure we're all going to end up looking like Bierce by the time the final chapter releases, haha

Now that there.. is a very compelling explanation actually. Which begs the question, Who are they? Malaik says, once Bierce gets what she wants, than he the protagonist is 'done'. So does that mean he'll be fated into Bierce's collection of portals as well? Like how Alice Angel promises Henery he'll leave, if he plays her errand boy.. Agitha is familiar with Bierce, she could have been Bierce's victim as well, along with the others. Hard to tell since Agitha is practically the only other character in these portals so far to speak dialog. So, is each portal a representation of these once living beings nightmare? Did they all fall victim to Bierce's greed for power, with a false sense of hope of living again? Meh, I have a headache now 😊 lol.

I think Bierce and protagonist were married and lived together for a while but he cheated on her. Also Home sweet home maybe suggests that the player lived with Agatha, maybe her real dad? Maybe Malice represents an exaggerated version of the player? "you didn't need her then you don't need her now" suggests a separation between the player and Bierce before the players death at the beginning of the game. The gold signs on the walls maybe suggest that the player was greedy and rich, seeing the poorer as lesser? Then the gold watchers represent his tight pockets.

Theory: In Deadly Decadence, we have been introduced the gold watchers, I think that they are neither A) Kind-hearted men who were taken by greed. Or B) they’re Egar’s wealthy friends who dressed in 1700 attire.

There is a fun little secret I haven't mentioned in this video. In the hall with the ring altar, you're able to use the slide to grab an extra achievement. Doing so grants the "Platytime!" achievement, which, at the time of writing, has only been achieved by 1.6% of players. Thanks to Dark Illusionist from my discord for pointing this out to me while streaming this.

I have another secret, one of the paintings will look a bit off, click on it, and it should lead to a secret room. I forgot where the painting was though. And I think Bierce is Agatha’s mom, because since Agatha calls Malak “daddy”,and the drawing say you don’t need “her”, Bierce is the only woman there, so Malak was the dad, Agatha was the daughter, And Bierce was the mom. And I think she was also mad at Bierce because in one of the scenes, you are trapped, but then Bierce helps you, then agatha yells “STAY OUT OF MY ROOM BIERCE!!!”. I don’t know, it’s just a theory.

The theory for secret 9 about the people with wealth, the Golden Watchers represent one of the deadly sins to people aka greed. The Watchers were people who were consumed by greed which is why there made of gold. That's what I think and got from other theory's. My theory with the ‘deadly decadence ‘ the gold watchers were peasants(lower class people) back in medieval times their was brutal ways to torture people like them, my real theory is the peasants were always scorned and hit when their ‘backs’ were turned .They always got mocked and ‘laughed’ at. One day the duke/lord/king invited the peasants to his estate/‘manor’ they were promised great food and comfort but they were tricked. The king, trapped them in a ‘big room’ and pored hot gold,cement liquid on all of them. The king used them as decorations and statues. The peasants felt betrayed and enraged and swore to kill anyone who steps foot on the estate. Hope this makes some sort of sense …just realized now, you mentioned everything I said :( I didn’t watch all the video before this comment)

Maybe Agatha was once human,born with an abusive and twisted father.Agatha might have accidently commited some sin...and ended up in hell.The she met Malak who treated her as if she was his daughter. In chapter 4 you can see that the protagonists daughter and wife died in a car accident in the water when malak searches their memory, exactly like the drawing of agatha, and the father was still alive and smiling so, This shows that agatha is the protagonists daughter which also explains at the end he says "They Were Almost The Same age..."And then Malak Adopts her

I wonder if Agatha was the offspring of a human woman and a demon father to begin with. That would explain why she calls Malak (a Demon) "daddy", the parent that's still "around", while her mom (a human) is nowhere to be seen, WHILE she (half demon offspring) is also still "around" despite having met the same demise as her mom. Also, I think it's quite interesting how Bierce says "What a waste." when she finds out that "they" are using the ring to make living statues. Why would she think it's a waste if she's not the one who's going to use it per say, nor does it belong to her? I don't know, I just think that's interesting. Additionally, I don't think the peasants are the ones being punished (transformed into statues), if anything, I think it's more probable that they're actually rich, corrupt people who have long fallen, due to the messages on the golden plaques. They might be the beliefs that they used to live by when they were alive. Just a thought anyway.

Guess the main character had been involved in some way with all the nightmares -as some sort of authority or witness- but not directly as the father or one of the dudes in those crazy manor parties. Like maybe he was called to rescue a kid and a mom from drowning but failed or was send to the manor because of the weird stuff happening there, wanted to investigate but the wealth of the people involved stopped him from digging further... I do think Bierce and Malak in his human form convinced the maid's husband that he didnt need his wife or his daughter and told him sacrificing his daughter would bring him what he desired the most so he set things up to get them killed... That would go along the messages on the wall about power and would explain why there are so many gold watchers. To me, theyre all the people that sold their souls/commited sins for power and money but ended up cheated by Malak and/or Bierce.
