Today I am starting this exercise routine to reduce my lower body or fat butt. I will try to update or edit it everyday. Today is Day 1, and the date is 11th October 2024. I also created a meal plan (diet): • Breakfast: I eat one slice of wheat made of bread and one fried egg without oil, sugar, or salt. • Lunch: Fruits (pineapple, watermelon, mango, and banana). • Dinner: Maize or corn (roasted maize). Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ When I was starting this exercise the CM of my butt I was 110 cm, when I measured now it was 108 cm, it’s not big change but losing the fat of butt it’s hard so never give up 💪

Hoping to be consistent everyday, Will share my thoughts everyday for 10 days. Day 1: ✅ - Nice ease in, some exercises were difficult but we got through Day 2: ✅ - I didn't do the exercises the very next day, i did them the day after, So a day gap in between, that's okay. I reckon, the most important thing is to keep going, i may miss a day but never two days in a row, and on days i miss, i run. About the exercises, they felt easier for sure on the second day, Although my thighs burn, I love the feeling. Infact, I relish it!

@@UntilIfoundYou-vn7nfik, the "no noticeable difference" means that I don't see a difference in butt fat and the weight is just a quantifiable number I can see change + doing this for more than 10 days since I probably won't see a change in such a short amount of time
