In “Incredibles 2,” Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. I would have loved to see more of Edna and Jack-Jack. We always see her being strictly business and closed off, but when she’s with Jack-Jack she relaxed which is rare for her.

I wouldn't doubt it if they include a short about it with the home release. It would be similar to the Jack Jack Attack short that was included with the first film. Jack Jack would probably start crying as soon as Bob leaves, while Edna would struggle with basic child care. Then after the superpowers start coming out, Edna regains control of the situation, since she's more familiar with that then with kids. After that, we see some bonding moments, and by the end, Edna is eager to babysit again.

My favorite scene in the movie is when Helen is tracking down the screenslaver. Something about the way they paired the Screenslaver's intellectual and demonic-voiced speech with Helen's isolated race to track him down gave me chills. It really helped that you could hear Helen's elasticity while she moved and how the scenes cut back and forth from her to the screenslaver's zoomed in face on the TV's. Also, the fact that she ended up in a shady, rundown apartment complex hallway was very well done. Very noir and suspenseful, I was on the edge of my seat. ❤

I think if there was an incredibles 3 they should make the villain a hero who wants revenge on the public for treating heroes so shamefully for -4 years and have an origin that people can relate to, rather than being a worse syndrome like the bad guy was in the sequel. For example, what if the super hero lost his family, his job and his whole understanding of how he saw the public because he was forced underground by the government.

Syndrome's aftermath would have been an interesting subplot. I mean, Billy clearly had a ton of money, so he probably had a company or some sort of business. Considering his interest in heroes, I could easily see Winston funding his operation, unaware of what was really happening.

True, they did just leave Mirage on the island with no obvious means of escape, along with all of Syndrome's henchmen... I don't think she is a threat to the Parr family but her and Helen would've been a really interesting pairing. Elastigirl can handle herself on her own but I felt Incredibles 2 would've been better if she had someone to bounce off of; there's some unresolved needle/tension (As Helen suspected in the original that Bob was cheating on her with Mirage, and also Mirage was kind of given a pass for helping Syndrome kill all the other supers) but I think they compliment each other well due to their different personalities. Mirage doesn't have powers but she is pretty intelligent and learnt a lot under the wing of Syndrome, plus like Elastigirl she is excellent at espionage, sneaking into places unnoticed. In the film that we got they try and build up a friendship between Helen and Evelyn, but they never feel that close because Evelyn is an engineer and a mastermind who doesn't like to get her hands dirty, whereas Mirage was a bit more willing to put herself in the line of fire, I.E. Freeing Mr. Incredible and briefly incurring his wrath when he thinks his family is dead.

I guess the Island would've been too much of a retread of the original...But Nomanisan Island was just so much cooler than Metroville/New Urbem; so much more mystery and atmosphere. There is some really nice cinematography in the sequel but nothing as visually stunning as the Lava room in the original. I would have loved to have seen what Pixar could've done with the island using their more advanced animation software/hardware and more detailed models.

Animation Geek They originally had a design for Honey but decided she was better as just a voice. Instead of scrapping the design they used it for a completely different character. She was on the boat at the end of the movie as one of the supers

I just watched this movie with my wife. We are both in our 60s. We loved it. We liked the way the family helped each other. It wasn't power grabs, put downs or belittling but it was inspiring the way each character tried to do what is the best for the other. That said, my fav was Edna Mode. She was a genius and advisor extraordinaire. I wish everyone in our country acted more like the Incredibles.

I loved the movie sm, it was crazy good. Def worth the wait!

The only thing that I’d change in the actual movie is how they portrayed Screenslaver. Wish they explored the character more and added more dept and made them more dark and sinister. Other than that, it was a great sequel.

I wonder what would have happened if they used the storyline of the "Rise of the Underminer" video game that released on the Playstation 2 for this movie. Basically taking the game and turning it into a movie.

My favorite part of the movie was when Edna decided to take Jack Jack for the day, so I really want to see the deleted scenes with them

I honestly loved the scenes with Edna and Jack-Jack, especially when Bob comes to pick him up. At first, she seems to not be interested in the little baby until he morphs his face into hers and levitates in front of her. I want to see more of them together, it shows her softer, more maternal side we rarely get to see. Does anyone else think despite E saying she doesn't have time for kids she'll eventually be a mom? I'd love to see that.

honestly I was expecting the story to be like 14 years later where Jack Jack is older, it would had made more sense seeing him struggling with his powers and needing a teacher.

When Jack jack removes the glasses from his mother's face! Mrs Incredibles reconize him and she’s no longer under the control of Develyn!That was really cute.Also , he literally saved his mother and contribute to save the town and he doesn’t even know what's going on and he doesn’t realize the seriousness of the situation and that kinda funny.It’s really awesome the fact that a baby saves the world unconsciously🤗💁🏾‍♀️
