Be positive. Good advice. A few of my gym buddies are so negative about everything. It’s exhausting and quite frankly boring. Sometimes I specifically go to the gym when I know they won’t be there.

Yea only once you notice the negativity can you break free from it. Sounds like you’re making good decisions man! I just finished “Outwitting The Devil” by Napoleon Hill and he talks about how your friends (and yourself) can cause “drifting” through “hypnotic rhythm” of thought habits. If you haven’t read it yet, give it a try wonderful book. Cheers George.
