This just reminded me of the days when I was too fascinated by the knowledge but couldn't understand everything because of the language barrier (English is my 2nd language). But this information is so helpful especially from a health standpoint, so I'm rewatching it till I can fully understand. Along with that thank you for talking about plant-based alternatives, every time I've heard protein it's through animal sources and I've never been to handle it since I was a kid. Maybe my metabolism is too slow. Plant-based nutrition for the win here!

I used to learn about protein in Chinese when I was in high school. So listening to byhollyg becomes both familiar and challenged to me😂Although I didn't major in Science ultimately, I still subscribed your channel as solving the language puzzles.😃And thanks for sharing biology!!!

Great video Holly and protein from animal foods isn't required for a healthy diet because there is plenty of protein in whole plant foods such as seeds, nuts, legumes ( beans & lentils) and grains ( wheat, oats, rye, corn etc). A interesting and informative video and loved 😍 it.
