No difference. Both are as vanilla as you can get. People visit Walmart on weekend for amusement.

I think Walmart is amusing no matter where you live…

In the many videos out about living in the Temecula Valley I have never heard a discussion about the significant differences in property taxes. The property taxes are not the same across the area or even across cities. They are determined neighborhood by neighborhood. When the area was first building out, developers had the choice of paying up front for the infrastructure (new roads, new sewers, lights, and so on) or passing the cost on to the buyers in the form of a bond. So always ask about the property taxes and possible bonds attached to the property if you get serious about a particular neighborhood.

@@pumalibrarian that’s discussed in every new construction and neighborhood tour video. Definitely something for all buyers to be aware of before making a purchase. Great point 👍🏼

Any local knows Murrieta is the better city

My personal opinion is that Murrieta is better. Temecula has more traffic (on the streets), higher property crime rates, a larger homeless population, and more kids in the schools. Murrieta has more of a small hometown feel, at least for now, with more activities for families, like the EPIC roller skating rink, Mulligans, Uptown Jungle, and city parks. So if you have a family my vote is Murrieta.
