Man I remember I was traveling in Mexico when their second to last fight was canceled when Tony tripped over the wire and I was freaking out and trying to figure out if it was an April fools joke. I was so fucking devastated. I was looking forward to that so much. And I don’t think Khabib winning was a foregone conclusion at all. Wish Jiri Prochazka was on this list. His hype has died down some because he hasn't fought in awhile (not his fault by the way, after his win over Dominick Reyes the UFC told him directly that they were making his next fight a title fight, and Prochazka had to wait for them to set that fight up) but at the end of 2020 beginning of 2021 his hype was massive, not just for his exciting style and powerful knockouts, but for his whole personality as a person and a fighter.
