Then why did he run into Francis fist and get knocked out.
@madgavin75682 жыл бұрын
@@gilbertoflores7397 Until that point Stipe just couldn't get any offence going against Francis, who wasn't giving Stipe any looks on the feet. Stipe recognized the fact that it was too dangerous to stand and trade with Francis, which explained why he was so hesitant to engage. Only when Francis was chasing him down after dropping him did Stipe get his chance to land a counter, but he wasn't in the right head space (desperate, concussed etc.) which is what lead to him getting countered and slept.
@gilbertoflores73972 жыл бұрын
@@madgavin7568 I don't know what fight you were watching, or are stanning Francis so hard. But Stipe was fearless charging in on him, he knew to engage the wresting from the beginning, which is why he didn't throw as much, he was trying to secure the takedown early and when he couldn't, he kept going for it. Stipe can also eat more than a few of Francis's power shots. He just got caught up in trying to get one back on Francis when the counter came up, he got greedy and that got him caught. We still don't really know how good Francis really is, because he hasn't been in a prolonged fight with the drawn out exchanges; maybe he'll fold like Amanda did against the soccer mom; just might take someone durable enough to force long exchanges and make him miss his power shots. Gane will probably push him in that way. And stipe probably can too if he gameplans better, because he did that against him in their first fight.
