what is happening......so my guess is since ur playing on low fps its easier to dodge then u make the video somehow faster and to us it looks like you're a pro......am i wrong?

Yes, you can see the slowdown rate is at a whooping 82% when I'm selecting the replay file, and down at the bottom right corner of the replay screen my FPS is always 10. Not that I want to make anyone think this was a pro play or anything because it really isn't, just that it's actually fun to do at such a slowed down pace then watching it at full speed.

1 - What I did was use Fraps (recording software) and record the screen with the FPS limited to 10. As long as it's recording, the game slows down to Fraps' FPS so it's possible to adjust it to the speed you want. After saving the replay file, just watch it and it'll play normally with no slowdown. I'm sure there are better ways to do it with Hourglass or Cheat Engine, but I never tried it so I don't know how it would work. 2 - Yes, works with all the windows-era shmup games.
