The key takeaway you touched on is Carraige! I have worn Black Orchid since it was released. I like it and my carriage and demeanor is one of confidence. Whatever you wear, if you like it own it! It’s the best I have smelt. DHI smells a bit more feminine, DHP smell too strong whereas Homme original smells just right. It’s the Goldilocks fragrance.

Hey Justin …. I purchased a Dior Homme original 2020 ( France exclusive) which supposed to be like the 2011 version on eBay from a buyer called Topscents. They sell dhi, dh, Dhp etc claiming they are authentic. Problem was I could not smell it at all although my brother said it smelled like Valentino uomo intense like. My question is, would you trust buying those on eBay from a seller that lives in USA but claims they are original?

The fragrances selected in this video are a bit bizarre. I agree with you on Ristretto Intense - it's a very feminine fragrance since it's dominated by rose and coffee is effectively irrelevant in the scent. But the top 2 really have me lost. I'm not entirely sure why men wouldn't wear Ani since there's nothing feminine about it...? It's as much feminine as Layton or some other fresh-warm all-year scent. But the main thing that had me lost is having Dior Homme at #1. Dior Homme literally is a popular men's fragrance, so how would it qualify for a 'most guys wont wear these' video is slightly beyond me. Not hating, just found my mind in a pretzel over the selections. Some additions based on stuff I've tried over the last 3ish months: 1. BDK 'Tubereuse Imperiale' - tubereuse itself is a feminine note so if you can pull this off, it will definitely get attention. 2. Initio 'Addictive Vibration' - this is effectively a niche version of Mugler's 'Alien', so it is very much feminine unisex. Honey and apple blossom, so absurdly sweet too. 3. Xerjoff '1888' - to me this is straight down the middle unisex, even if the scent has carnation and ylang-ylang in the opening and the immediate drydown. has a slight old-school touch to go with the floral-amber profile.

For some strange reason Nishane fragrances to me all contain a particular "grandpa" note within them that makes you smell like an old man. That's what my nose picks up so that house isn't for me. Great list by the way!

I, a woman, wear Tom Ford Black Orchid, Montale Intense Cafe and Nishane Ani...But, I love to smell these on a man. I also wear Parfums De Marley Oajan and Herod, A ton of Imaginary Authors, Zoologist and ELDO fragrances...(masculine or unisex leaning fragrances). I dislike "girly", sugary, soapy and too fruity of fragrances..But, that is kind of the thing. Fragrances don't have a gender - wear what you love, what smells good to you and on you - There are no rules!!! xoxox
