Wow, I love easy knitting patterns. I am a 71 year old widow that loves to knit more than anything! But I'm stuck on baby blankets, scarves, hats etc. Disabled at home so taking knitting classes would be impossible unless I find something on you tube. Thanks for the patterns and I am a new enthusiastic subscriber! From Debbie and Dexter-Dog the amazing rescued Chihuahua companion, living their life in Southern California. 🙋❤😀🇺🇸😘🙏🙆

Boo to the negative/thumbs down reviews - I can't understand why some people are so mean - why would they give you a hands down when you are trying to help new knitters with advice and free patterns? I appreciate you taking the time and helping us become better knitters/crafters - THANK YOU!

Thanks for your support, Joyce! While I don't love the thumbs-downs, KZbin looks at both thumbs-up and thumbs-down as interactions so it only helps my video! 😁

My challenge this summer is to teach my granddaughters aged 9 and 5 how to knit.....the challenge is finding something they will find fun. Many years ago I first knit a scarf, but I don't think we're going to have time for that...kids these days want immediate results....the bunny looks to be just the ticket.....thanks!

Thank you for making a video that’s truly for beginners!!! So many things I look at are like ‘for beginners!!’ But then it’s got heaps of purling etc which I can do but it’s definitely messier than my knit stitch and I want to get super comfortable with my knitting first😭 thank you. This is just super helpful. My first project is going to be a scarf for my son who is requesting a Gryffindor scarf lol at least if it’s messy he honestly won’t notice or care😂 second is going to be a blanket for my toddler. Very excited and these are awesome ideas too for some other smaller little things I can try out while I’m learning. I don’t mind knitting lots of swatches and squares and rectangles but I like to feel like I’m working on something haha.
