I add more quilting to the bowl cozy. I asked people what they didn’t like about them. They said the batting bunched up after washing a few times. That makes sense because 100% cotton batting has no scrim to hold it together. So more quilting gives it more stability.

I’ve made many of the cord organizers, I’ve given them as gifts and I’ve made so many for myself. They are so handy, I make longer ones for my iron and small appliances. I just recently subscribed and I've been making lots of the phone pillows from your tutorial and everyone loves them. I send people photos of my fabric I have available and then when they let me know their fabric choice I make the phone pillow for them. I'm also going to make the corner book marks and the bowl cozy. I also think I'm going to make the fabric box. You have such great ideas. I just purchased the wrap and zap from Joann's to make the bowl cozy. I love your videos and an so excited to be sewing as it's very relaxing. I lost my Dad in September and making these projects give me something fun to do while I remember fond memories of him. Oh no, the bowl cozy can be tricky! Try making the batting a little smaller so it's not so bulky around the edges. I think sewing through all the layers is what people struggle the most with! ✂️❤️

I think my favorite idea is the tea bag holder. I drink hot tea and I got my 6 year old grandson drinking hot tea. I’m going to make him one so when he goes to other family members houses he can take his own tea.

Awww! As the mother of three boys, I just loved that picture of your beautiful boy. Mine are 33, 31 and 21 and I still remember them as teenagers. My youngest spilled chicken ramen all over the carpet TWICE! I never got those stains out, and I think if he had had a bowl cozy the messes would have been much less epic.
