I think you need to loop the same section when doing AB comparison. The vocals have a different arrangement in the B test.

Hornet Total EQ is a great contender. And it’s also the cheapest plug-in you’ll find. Often $8 when on sale. It comes very close to the functionality of other plug-ins here.

The latest update to Toneboosters EQ4 GUI and spectrum analyzer looks even better now. The analyzer looks a lot like Fabfilters.

best EQs are the master EQ because they really cut where they have to and you can have some phase problems using multiple Q3 and every free version of this plugin, a really good solution is the Equilibrium.

The Tone Booster EQ and the Kirchhoff EQ both have no demos since this video was posted. I suggest updating the video, as it's really disappointing finding this out after believing they are available as an "unlimited demo"

The Toneboosters demo only has a nag screen and prevents saving to it's internal presets - but settings are saved within DAW project of course. So it's great for evaluating it..and well worth the money to buy.

Kirchhoff EQ DOES have a limitation, you cannot save your file with the settings, it will reset. So this indeed isn't free in any way.

But when u save a project in your DAW will it reset all settings to previous settings or will it remember?

What you are showing can be done with almost all dynamic EQ out there.

I believe the "no limitations" claim for Equalizer 4 and Kirchoff isn't quite accurate - neither let you store or save settings/presets. But, true, the sound is not messed with.

You're right about the Kirchhoff one, but I have been able to save projects with settings for EQ4. One person claimed that apparently the settings get reset after 3 or 4 months, which makes no sense whatsoever, but who knows?

If you use FL you can save any preset of any plugin ❤

I think you have to download all of their plugins at once - they'll be in demo mode until you choose to authorize them.
